Managers select scopes from catalogs. Work is awarded to suppliers of choice, auctioned or automated. Automated contracts include POs with auto-financial coding, work orders, SLAs and more.

Scopeworker workflows guide the supplier's workforce through to live buyer acceptance. Buyers live track supplier cost, time and quality, including geospatial data, change orders, milestones and SLAs.

Pay

Buyer acceptance of milestones complete auto-reconciles invoices for the market manager's partial or full approved. Same Day Pay is available to suppliers. Buyer payment terms remain the same.

Invoicing

All suppliers, one monthly invoice

Buyers receive one invoice, once a month for all supplier services. Invoices contain all line item deliverable data with corresponding geospatial timestamps, SLAs and approval chains.
